I think I met some when I was in radio. Most of us relegate demons to the fringes of life, but the Bible says they’re everywhere. Our basic training begins with Ephesians 6:10-18 and these Sweet Spots.

The trick to any successful investigation is (1) gathering all the pertinent facts and (2) honoring the truths they reveal—no matter where they might lead. Just by reading these words you’re already on the Greatest Adventure. The truth can stand the light and following that light takes you to the most rewarding mindset on the planet (Romans 12:1-2). That’s the springboard.

The goal for Christ followers is to is to follow the Christ of the Bible. That’s the whole point of the New Testament (Romans 15:4-13), but that’s not what’s happening. That’s why all the denominations. So, what are we seekers supposed to do? Let the Bible speak for itself. That’s what we’re doing with Sweet Spots.

The only way to grow in the Lord is to feed your spirit the same way you feed your body, early and often with only the best food. That food is the Bible. God allows this imperfect life (Ecclesiastes) to help us appreciate the better times to come (Revelation 21:1-8). This life is God’s means to that end and a better life for us now.

There’s more going on here than meets the eye. The Secrets of Life can begin to be seen as we wrestle with the biblical message (Note: Romans 16:25-27). That’s what makes your adventure an Adventure. God’s Plan has a purpose, to help us craft a rewarding life now and to prepare us for the better one to come.

Salvation (going to Heaven) is seen as the center of Christianity, “Jesus saves.” But all the churches don’t agree on what it takes to be saved. When you do anything at odds with God’s Plan, you have sinned. That’s why we’re all sinners (Romans 3:23). The only reason why the man Jesus did not sin (he could have!) is another Secret of Life.
